Frank Anzalone, AIA

Frank started his architectural career in 1991 with NF Designs, a small company where Frank was exposed to a great deal of diverse work.  He managed residential, multiple family, retail, educational, and commercial projects.  The office had grown considerably and Frank was managing and training a staff of draftsmen.

Late 1994 Frank moved onto Notaro Grupp Associates.  He quickly became a project manager.  He was involved in all aspects of construction, from early design development on through to the final construction punch list.  The projects consisted of high-end residential, multiple family, senior housing, office space, commercial, retail, and national retail chains.

2004 Frank opened the office of Frank Anzalone Associates.

Throughout his career he has managed and conducted a great deal of feasibility studies and building inspections.  He has prepared and overseen the preparation of construction documents for a varying amount of construction types.  During the years in architecture he has become familiar with local, state, and federal construction codes.  He is also very familiar with today’s ADA requirements and has upgraded many buildings.

Frank is a registered architect in the states of New Hampshire, Vermont & New York.  He has a current council record with NCARB, which allows him to obtain a registration in most of the 50 states.

In 1999 he became a project architect at Ehasz Giacalone Architects.  There he dealt with sizeable projects and clients like the United States Post Office, major developers, and building contractors.  Many of the works were design build, which often involved keeping projects on track for the builder’s short schedule.  The projects involved detailed field supervision.  In 2001 Frank and his family moved to New England.  There he joined Yankee Barn Homes and assisted their clients in the design of their new homes.  In 2002 Frank moved on to the office of PCI Architecture.  Once again he was a project architect for multimillion-dollar construction projects through out the New England area.

Wyatt graduated from Norwich University in 2013 with a Masters of Architecture starting his architectural career with UK Architects as an intern architect. He then joined Frank Anzalone Associates in 2015.
